中共党员,博士,助理教授,硕士生导师,田径国家二级运动员,羽毛球国家二级裁判员。主要研究方向为运动与内分泌、运动防治肥胖及肥胖相关疾病的作用及机制、骨骼肌运动适应性变化。近五年发表国内外期刊学术论文十余篇,参加国内外学术会议十余次,参研国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,主持永利集团高水平人才引进自然科学项目1项,获批实用新型专利1项。中国生理学会、中国生物物理学会、中国体育科学学会会员。ObesityMedicine等国际学术期刊审稿人。主讲课程:本科生《运动生理学》、《体育课程与教学论》以及研究生的研究生《体育科学前沿与热点》。
